The beautiful island is situated in 50 km from Saratov, near the village of Chardym of the Voskresensk region and is named as Dubovaja Griva (Horse Mane). The name of the place has its own history. There are many oaks, which are hundreds years old, with their unique spicy smell and mysterious numerous glands here so that you can feel the eternity and intimacy with the world of nature. From the bird's flight view the island has a form of a beautiful horse's mane.
